NCTB、NCTN Concentrated magnetic separator
NCTN series permanent magnet cylinder type concentration magnetic separator is a counter current tank type magnetic separator composed of NdFeB Magnets and ferrite permanent magnetic material. It is mainly suitable for magnetic separation in concentration section of iron ore dressing plant. After separation, the concentration can reach more than 70%, with less tailings running and high recovery rate. The magnetic system of the concentrator is a multi pole sector open magnetic system with more than 20 poles. The magnetic envelope angle is about 265 degrees.
NCTB series permanent magnet cylinder type concentration magnetic separator is a semi counter current tank type magnetic separator composed of NdFeB rare earth permanent magnetic material and ferrite permanent magnetic material. It is mainly suitable for magnetic separation in concentration section of iron ore dressing plant. The concentration after separation can reach more than 65%, with less tailings running and high recovery rate. The magnetic system of the concentrator is a multipolar fan-shaped open magnetic system with a magnetic package angle of about 140 ° and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low manufacturing cost.
The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with large magnetic field depth, large working gap and strong processing capacity.
The principle of this machine is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder skin, and are brought out of the magnetic field area, and scraped into the concentrate tank with scraper to complete the separation operation.

1. Type
(1) The magnetic system of magnetic separator is divided into multi pole sector open magnetic system (generally 5-pole, 7-pole, 8-pole, 10 pole, 12 pole, etc.).
(2) The form of tank body is full countercurrent type, which is represented by "n", that is nctn; half countercurrent type is represented by "B", that is NCTB.
(3) The concentrator magnetic separator is suitable for roughing with ore size less than 0-1 mm.

4. Characteristics

The structure of transmission system is simple and easy to maintain (hard tooth surface reducer is adopted). The wear-resistant layer on the surface of stainless steel drum of magnetic separator includes wear-resistant rubber plate, wear-resistant ceramic plate, polyurethane plate, stainless steel and other forms. The service life of wear-resistant layer is related to the particle size of ore and daily working time. Users can choose. Nctn and NCTB concentrated magnetic separators are mainly used for magnetic separation in concentration section of iron ore concentrator, and for dewatering, concentration and separation in magnetic separation flowsheet, with high feed concentration, good dewatering effect and high recovery.
